The Cool Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Alternate

Cool Cloud Vapor is one of the companies offering flavored e-juice and liquid smokes. Now the U.S. Foodstuff and Drug Administration have issued warning letters to a further ten companies, including Great Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (doing business as Puff Bar) warning them to eliminate their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from the marketplace immediately because they don’t possess the correct premarket tobacco application in place. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids are usually popular with young adults, but that adults also need to be protected against the over-selling of these products by adult consumers. Based on the FDA’s warning letters, a few of the e-liquids involved had no flavor; however, these were being offered for sale in candy bars disguised as a healthy snack.

Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a dietary supplement and a sports drink. These promises were misleading, the FDA says, because no FDA regulatory expectations or laws exist to regulate health supplements and sports drinks. The business’s application for a non-prescription market distribution label particularly stated that the product could be used as a supplement. It was not intended for use as a sports take in or an athletic supplement, according to the FDA.

Whenever a customer purchased Puff Bar, he / she should have understood that the product was intended for the intake of candies, not nicotine gum, and that the tastes were added after the manufacturing process. According to the FDA, Puff Bar contained nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical known as atrazine, which are a harmful carcinogen. While the agency says that atrazine does not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging as the ingredients that could cause the product to turn out to be misused, if ingested, by children, or someone who shouldn’t be consuming the merchandise.

The FDA says that because the manufacturers did not include exact statements or warnings about the potential hazards of the merchandise, the company’s product was misrepresented. A good example of a misrepresentation will be that the product was designed for those who chew gum. Parents of small kids would not choose to give their kids puff bars as a snack. They would probably think that the merchandise was more dangerous when compared to a candy bar. The only way to ensure that consumers usually do not become victims of false marketing is to strictly regulate the production of e-liquids. Companies cannot use vague words or symbols on labels or packaging that claim that a product is acceptable for sale when it is definitely not.

Puff Bar was one of several e-liquids manufactured by Nice Cloud Vapor Company. The company had other e-juice items including several premium brands, a couple of which had a range of what flavors do puff bars can be found in. When I purchased my Cool Cloud Vaporizer, I was looking to purchase a product that did not have any flavorings in it and therefore did not interest me. I was incorrect.

Upon opening the box, I pointed out that the puff container looked a lot like the container for an everyday cigarette. It also held a reasonably massive amount nicotine, which made it difficult to carry onto while smoking because the entire mouth area of the disposable machine was filled with the whitish color of nicotine. I looked at the ingredients list for Puff Bar and found that it contained exactly the same things that I have arrived at expect from most of Cool Cloud’s other items: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only difference between this product and the other products was that product did not comprise any flavorings.

After inserting the pre-filled pod device into the baggie provided by Nice Cools Vaporizer, I pressed the bottom of the mouthpiece gently on my lips to begin with smoking immediately. Promptly, my throat hit a nice warm spot on the back of my throat that has been not current during smoking any traditional smoking cigarettes. My next puff sent a hurry of taste through my lips which lasted limited to a second and then my throat hit another hot spot that lasted just a few seconds. I exhaled slowly but surely while my eyes scanned the area for any sign of smoke cigarettes. No cigar, no pop-can, nothing but ash.

After inhaling the first puff, my palate quickly filled up with sweet lemon juice, accompanied by a slight pepper to taste. Following the third puff I experienced a sweet and tangy flavor with a hint of bitterness. After the fourth puff I pointed out that the nicotine had settled nicely into my lungs, offering me all of the nicotine I needed to complete the entire session and never have to worry about obtaining a bad buzz off of it.
